Berkley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A). She is a Rutherford County Native, graduating in 2021 from East Rutherford High School. Berkley graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in May of 2023. She then attended the Master of Social Work program at Western Carolina University and graduated with her MSW in May of 2026. She recently became certified as an LCSW-A.

Berkley is dedicated to providing quality mental health services to a diverse population of clients. Berkley has worked in the mental health field for 5 years, as well as being with Blue Ridge Hope in different roles including front desk administration and social media communication strategist for the last 4 years. Berkley has 3 years of experience working with clients who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault, and spent two years researching sexual wellness and healthy sexual relationships. Berkley will continue taking education courses that reflect her experience to further her knowledge of these areas. Berkley is dedicated to learning new techniques and skills to continue improving her practice and expanding her areas of expertise.

Berkley works with all age groups, but especially enjoys working with teens, young adults, and adults. Berkley works to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for all clients where they can explore their experiences, thoughts, and emotions freely, and be authentically themselves during the therapeutic process. Her therapeutic approach works to emphasize the client-therapeutic relationship, as well as working to draw techniques from several evidence-based modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI, and other client-centered interventions.

Outside of the therapeutic space, Berkley enjoys reading and crafting, taking care of her plants, and listening to music. Other than being at work, Berkley spends most of her time with her husband and her two cats, Muffin and Pickles, and wouldn’t have it any other way!
